The CD versions of Horoscope Explorer and Muhurtha Explorer need a special fix to run on Vista. This is due to the enhanced security and administrative privileges required to run some files of these two software.
The fix for these operating systems can be downloaded from here - http://www.itbix.com/download/sfdrvup.zip Install the fix before you install the software on Vista, and they will work correctly.
