When you format your computer, or re-install the OS, the software's license on the computer is removed, and to run the software you must obtain another license key.
The procedure of obtaining the new license key is easy. You must already have the setup file.
- Install the Setup.
- Run the software, and click on the button 'Enter license key'. You will see the machine id.
- Email the machine id along with your name, reason for requiring new license key, email address, and order number to techsupport@itbix.com
The technical support team should send you the license within 24 hours.
